Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how our platform collects, uses, stores, and protects information when authorized users access and use our services. Our platform is designed to help authenticated users manage client records, travel documents, passport-related files, and other operational data in a secure environment.
1. Purpose of the Service
Our platform is a client data management system used for operational and administrative purposes. It enables authenticated users to upload, view, organize, edit, and delete records and documents that they manage on behalf of their business or clients.
The service is not intended for advertising, profiling, or selling personal information. Data is processed only to provide the features and functionality expected by the user.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how the platform is used, authenticated users may upload or manage the following categories of information:
- Customer names and contact details
- Passport copies and identification documents
- Travel history and travel-related records
- Customer credentials or access-related records
- Operational files and supporting documents
This information is uploaded and managed by authorized users for legitimate business purposes only.
3. Google OAuth and Google API Data
Our platform may use Google OAuth and Google APIs, including Google Drive integration, to allow authenticated users to securely connect their Google account and manage files required for the application’s functionality.
When a user connects Google services, we only request access that is reasonably necessary for the features offered by the platform. We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, resale, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Google user data is used solely to provide and improve the user-facing functionality of the application, such as secure file upload, storage, retrieval, organization, and management by the authenticated user.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except where necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or protect the security and integrity of the platform.
4. Limited Use Statement
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not allow humans to read such data except:
- when we have the user’s explicit consent,
- when it is necessary for security purposes,
- when required to comply with applicable law, or
- when limited internal access is necessary to maintain or provide the service requested by the user.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include authenticated access controls, role-based restrictions, and secure handling of uploaded files and stored records.
Access to data is restricted to authenticated and authorized users. We aim to protect sensitive records from unauthorized disclosure and do not provide such data to unrelated third parties.
6. User Control, Editing, and Deletion
Data uploaded or managed through the platform is controlled by the authenticated user within the permissions granted by the system.
Only authenticated users with proper authorization are able to access, edit, or delete the records and files they are permitted to manage. Unauthorized users cannot modify or remove such data.
Where applicable, users may request deletion of their connected data or revoke Google account access through their Google account permissions and through the platform’s available controls.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data or Google user data. We do not share sensitive information with third parties for their independent marketing or commercial use.
Data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- to provide core platform functionality requested by the user,
- to support secure infrastructure and storage providers,
- to comply with legal obligations, or
- to detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
8. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain operational records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Authorized users may edit or delete eligible records through the system where such controls are available.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform may rely on trusted third-party infrastructure or cloud providers, including Google services, for secure authentication, storage, or processing required for the application to function. Such services are used only as necessary to provide the platform.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or security practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
